Tamkin & Hochberg, working with the Seller’s accounting team, represented the client in the negotiation of the LOI, the conduct of all due diligence, the negotiation of an Asset Purchase Agreement and related agreements, and the drafting, negotiation and execution of multiple long term commercial leases with the client’s real estate affiliates.
