Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP have continued to represent hockey retailer Pure Hockey, in its expansion of hockey retail operations nationally. Pure Hockey recently acquired the assets of the well-known Las Vegas hockey retailer The Penalty Box. Along with the acquisition of the business assets, Tamkin & Hochberg managed the amendment and assignment of the lease for their new retail store on Wagon Trail Ave in Las Vegas.
