Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP represented its client, Rusty Lantern Markets, an operator of branded convenience stores and fueling stations throughout New England. Tamkin & Hochberg provided legal counsel to Rusty Lantern Markets in its entry into new leases for the Company’s stores in Turner, West Paris, and Livermore Falls, Maine which called for the remodeling and reopening of each store using the Company’s next-generation design. Tamkin & Hochberg advised the client with the negotiation and drafting of the several leases and the entry into dealer supply and related agreements and loan facilities.

Tamkin & Hochberg LLP recently completed their work in assisting their long term clients, Future Lite Realty Trust and Boston Light & Sound  in the sale and lease back of Boston Light & Sound’s decades owned 35,000 sf national headquarters, assembly and warehouse facility at 290 North Beacon Street in Boston and their relocation to a new state of the art facility in Malden, Massachusetts.

Professional Fire has become one of the preeminent names in sprinkler and other water-based services in Massachusetts and New England. Tamkin & Hochberg corporate law partner Jonathan Tamkin managed all aspects of the asset sale and also the leaseback of the clients’ Southborough, Massachusetts facility.

Tamkin & Hochberg Represent Rusty Lantern Markets in Opening of New Convenience Store

Jonathan Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, represented Rusty Lantern Markets in the negotiation, drafting and execution of a ground lease, obtaining easement rights, a sublease, dealer supply agreements and the client’s bank financing to support the development, construction and operation of a new convenience store and Irving Oil branded gas station in Loudon, New Hampshire.
