Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP has continued to represent hockey retailer Pure Hockey, in its expansion of hockey retail operations nationally, bringing the company’s first stores to Georgia, Iowa and Arizona. Pure Hockey acquired North Georgia Hockey’s retail store located in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell, JT’s Slap Shot store in Urbandale, Iowa and the three Behind the Mask stores with locations in Scottsdale, Peoria and Gilbert, Arizona. Along with the acquisition of the various business assets, Tamkin & Hochberg managed the negotiation of the assignment and amendment of leases for each of their new retail stores.
