Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP has continued to represent hockey retailer Pure Hockey, in its expansion of hockey retail operations nationally. Pure Hockey has acquired the assets of the well-known Raleigh, N.C. area hockey retailer Five Hole Sports. Along with the acquisition of the business assets, Tamkin & Hochberg managed the assignment and amendment of leases for their new retail stores in the South Hills Shopping Center in Raleigh, in the Wake Competition Center in Morrisville, N.C. and in the Polar Ice Arena in Wake Forrest, N.C.
