Tamkin & Hochberg provided legal counsel to Rusty Lantern Markets in its acquisition and development of convenience stores and branded gas stations in Sabattus, Maine, Brockton, Massachusetts and Attleboro, Massachusetts. These transactions involved the required corporate work, Dealer Supply Agreements under the PMPA with petroleum suppliers, the negotiation of long term retail leases and related real estate agreements and obtaining bank financing to support the development, equipment acquisition and operations of the client’s business.
