Camp Robindel has been a cherished summer destination for girls and their families since 1951 and the purchase ensures the camp's future for generations to come. Jonathan Tamkin, who is also a member of the New Hampshire bar, represented the purchasers in all aspects of the asset sale, due diligence and all corporate matters, and was assisted by conveyancing counsel on the real estate acquisition.
