Jonathan D, Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP recently represented its existing client, a large provider of residential and commercial heating fuel and HVAC equipment sales and services, in the acquisition of substantially all of the assets and ongoing business of a well-known and highly regarded competitor, including, as part of the transaction, the leasing of multiple industrial facilities, employment agreements with the selling company’s principals and staff, the formation of multiple entities for a streamlined corporate structure and the financing of the acquisition with a regional commercial lender.
