Our representation included all required corporate work, title, environmental review, the negotiation and/or assumption of existing stores, Dealer Supply Agreements under the PMPA with petroleum suppliers, the negotiation of long term retail leases, subleases and related real estate agreements and all bank financing to support the development, equipment acquisition and operations of the business.
