Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP have continued to represent its client, a large, regional operator of convenience stores and gas stations in the acquisition of existing operations throughout New England. The client recently completed the acquisition of two gas station/convenience stores in Maine. These transactions involved the asset purchase of the existing businesses, the negotiation of subleases and supply agreements, as well as representing the client in its financing to fund the redevelopment of the sites and businesses.
