Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP have continued to represent hockey retailer Pure Hockey, in assisting with its expansion of hockey retail operations nationally, and in bringing the company’s first stores to Nebraska and North Dakota. Pure Hockey acquired Omaha based sporting goods retailer, Off the Bench Sports Gear, and along with the acquisition of the various business assets, Tamkin represented the client in the assignment and amendment of a lease for their new retail store located at 5413 South 72nd Street in Omaha. Tamkin was assisted by David Hohman, Esq. of the Fitzgerald Schorr law firm in Omaha. Jonathan D. Tamkin also managed the negotiation and drafting of the lease for a new Pure Hockey store located at the “Envy the Lights” shopping center in West Fargo, North Dakota. Tamkin worked with Patrick Paladino of Newmark in Boston, and Attorneys Andrew Smith and R.J. Pathroff of the Vogel Law Firm in Fargo and Bismark.
