Tamkin & Hochberg provided legal counsel to Rusty Lantern Markets in its entry into new leases for the Company’s stores in Turner, West Paris, and Livermore Falls, Maine which called for the remodeling and reopening of each store using the Company’s next-generation design. Tamkin & Hochberg advised the client with the negotiation and drafting of the several leases and the entry into dealer supply and related agreements and loan facilities.
