Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP represented a corporate client in the acquisition, development and establishment of a new five store chain of convenience stores/gas stations in Northern New England. Our representation included all required corporate work, the negotiation and/or assumption of existing stores, dealer supply agreement with petroleum suppliers, the negotiation of long term retail leases and related real estate agreements and all bank financing to support the development, equipment acquisition and operations of the business.
