Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP have continued to represent TSG Enterprises, LLC, the parent company of hockey retailer Pure Hockey, in its expansion of hockey retail operations throughout the country. Pure Hockey recently acquired the assets of the well-known Duluth, Minnesota-based hockey retailer Stauber Brothers, Inc. d/b/a “Duluth Hockey Company”. Along with the acquisition of the business assets, Tamkin & Hochberg negotiated and drafted a new long term lease for Pure Hockey’s new retail store in Duluth, Minnesota. https://
