Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP represented the Estate of the late owner who 10 years ago purchased, rehabilitated and saved the iconic Fine Arts Theatre first opened in 1949 and located in Maynard Massachusetts and which is comprised of a modern 3 screen movie theatre and adjacent ice cream shoppe. Tamkin & Hochberg managed all aspects of the asset sale, the sale of the real estate and beer and wine license, to the new owners who plan to continue to preserve and operate the movie theatre as a treasured community resource.
