Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP have continued to represent TSG Enterprises, LLC, the parent company of hockey retailer Pure Hockey, in its expansion of hockey retail operations. Pure Hockey recently acquired the assets of the well-known Pittsburgh PA hockey retailer KoSports Hockey. Along with the acquisition of the business assets, Tamkin & Hochberg negotiated a new lease for Pure Hockey’s new retail store in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
