Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg LLP recently represented the seller in a transaction involving the sale of three separate development sites on Cambridge Street in the Allston section of Boston. All three sites were acquired from the longtime owner of the property. The sites include a 54,000-square-foot building at 334 Cambridge Street, 0.42 acres of developable land at 372 Cambridge Street fronting onto Harvard Avenue and 0.46 acres of developable land at 4-20 Braintree Street.
