The properties are leased to London Harness, Sprint, Copy Cop, D’Angelos Sandwich Shops and Samurai Restaurant. Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP, represented the client in the conduct of due diligence, title work, the formation of various entities and the negotiation and preparation of documentation associated with the client’s acquisition and assumption of the several retail leases.
