David Musen, an associate with the firm, is a graduate of Hartwick College and Boston College Law School. While earning his juris doctorate, David interned with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office in the appellate bureau where he successfully argued two cases in front of the Massachusetts Appeals Court as a law student.
Prior to joining Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP, David served as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher J. Panos in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, and as an associate in the banking and finance group for a large regional firm where he represented banks and other financial institutions in transactions with companies in the areas of technology and life sciences, with a particular focus on asset-based financing, SaaS financing, second lien financing, mezzanine financing, and loan restructurings.
David resides in Cambridge, MA and enjoys playing guitar, reading and the occasional pick-up game of pond hockey. David is a long-time volunteer and remains associated with Camp Jabberwocky, the nation’s first overnight camp for people with disabilities.
David practices in the areas of corporate law and commercial real estate. David is also a member of the Boston Bar Association.
