Jonathan D. Tamkin and Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP have continued to represent TSG Enterprises, LLC, the parent company of hockey retailer Pure Hockey, in its expansion of hockey retail operations throughout the country. TSG Enterprises, LLC acquired the assets of a Minnesota-based hockey retailer. Along with the acquisition of the business assets, Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP negotiated and drafted a new shopping center lease for the client’s retail store.
