Special Education and School Law

Our Special Education and School Law litigation practice is an offshoot of our extensive special education and school law practice outside of the litigation context.   Many matters of this nature will not require litigation.  We advise families of students in matters where students may have a disability or are otherwise having difficulty in school in matters such as:
