As one may suspect, many times probate matters are contested and result in litigation. We represent parties in all Massachusetts courts, including the Fiduciary Litigation Section of the Probate Court and our attorneys regularly serve as appointed Guardian Ad Litem under Category D of the Probate and Family Court rules.
