Leasing and Construction of New Health and Fitness Facility
Tamkin & Hochberg represented GGM, Inc., a franchisee of Gold’s Gym International, in the negotiation and entry into a long-term commercial lease for a new Gold’s Gym health and fitness facility in a new 30,000 s.f. free standing building located on Route 109 in Millis, Massachusetts. In addition to directing the negotiation and entry into the lease, the firm assisted the client in the construction documentation for tenant improvements in this build to suit facility and in connection with securing and negotiation of a construction and equipment loan facility with Salem Five Cents Savings Bank. Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP serves as outside corporate counsel for the Company and its affiliated Needham, Natick and Ashland Massachusetts Gold’s Gym facilities.
