Fall 2013: New Members to the Firm

We are pleased to welcome Tricia DelBove as an associate with the firm. Tricia is a cum laude graduate of the Commonwealth College Honors Program at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. While attending law school, Tricia interned for the Honorable Karyn F. Scheier, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court and won the Suffolk University Law School Jurisprudence Award for Property. Tricia was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006 and to the Federal Bar for the District of Massachusetts in 2009.

Before joining Tamkin & Hochberg, Tricia worked at a mid-sized law firm and later as corporate counsel for a small business. Her experience includes representing clients on a variety of real estate and civil litigation matters. Tricia’s practice at the firm focuses on commercial and residential real estate and corporate transactions. She is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.

We are also pleased to welcome Kimberly Rainen, a newly admitted attorney, to our practice.Kim is a graduate of Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and a cum laude graduate of New England Law | Boston, where she served on the law review.

While attending law school, Kim completed an internship with the Suffolk Probate and Family Court, as well as a clinical internship in the Enterprise and Major Crimes Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Subsequently, Kim returned to the Suffolk Probate and Family Court as part of the New England Law | Boston’s Honors Judicial Internship Program, serving as intern to the Honorable Joan P. Armstrong.

Before joining Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP, Kim served as law clerk at a boutique law firm in Boston, where she focused on estate planning, Medicaid planning, special needs planning and estate administration.

Kim is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association and the Merrimack Valley Conveyancer’s Association. She has been an active volunteer for TomorrowNite, a gala event to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, since 2011.
