Tamkin & Hochberg, LLP represented the Gregory C. Carr Foundation, Inc., in the negotiation and drafting of a 2,180 s.f. lease by American Higher Education, Inc. in the Carr Foundation’s new, critically acclaimed building, located at Two Arrow Street, in Harvard Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts which also serves as the Foundation’s main offices, as well as the offices of Physicians for Human Rights, Inc. and a 300-seat theatre operated by the American Repertory Theatre.
